ABOUT ME!

     Hello! Welcome to my "About Me" page.  My name is DeeAnn Johnson, soon-to-be DeeAnn Ritter.  I will be getting married in August to Brandon Ritter. I have one brother who will be teaching at Northern State University this fall. My brother and his family will be moving to Aberdeen soon and I can't wait! He and his wife just had a baby a year ago, so this will give me a chance to spoil my nephew a little more.

    Brandon and I just bought our first house and are looking forward to the day we can move in.  It's in the process of being remodeled so we have a little wait yet.  Our house is located close to the family farm, so this will make it easier on Brandon in the summer time.

    I graduated from Northern State University in May of 1999, with a BS degree in education.  I took a few years to decide what I wanted to do.  I worked for an insurance company for a year in Lincoln, Nebraska.  I moved back home a year later, where I met Brandon.  I just finished my first year of teaching and can't wait to start my second year.  Brandon will be teaching at the Zeeland School District in the fall, and during the summer he will help his dad farm. 

    I'm a huge animal lover. If I could bring every animal in the world home, I would.  Brandon and I have a dog named Suede, a cat named Zoë, and two guinea pigs named Woodstock and Less. I would like to get a few more animals but I don't think our house is big enough.
